About Superuse

Superuse.org is an online community of designers, architects and everybody else who is interested in inventive ways of recycling. The site allows you to post items at various scales within the reuse-topic. All e xamples of small commodities, furniture, interiors, buildings and reuse on urban scale are welcomed. Next to exhibiting applications, we promote the development of knowledge on the subject by starting up discussions, adding historical background and allowing usercomments.

Joining superuse

By signing in to superuse you will be able to add your own topics (see below) and to vote for other members stories. Voting influences the order of posts. so posts that are at the last page get to front after a vote. Registered visitors also are allowed to comment on other peoples items and rate other peoples comments. Occasionally we'll send a newsletter to all of the subscribed visitors of Superuse,this is the only way we'll use your entered data.

Adding your item to Superuse

Via three steps you are directed through adding your post to Superuse. This is very simple en self explaining. Every post can contain only one image, accompanied by links tags and a text introducing the topic. When more visual information is needed we hope you'll take the effort to split an item in more than one post. This allows future readers to view items that are brief and to the point. After posting your item, the story is qeued in the system and added to the Superuse page only after one of the editors has approved. The user of a rejected entry will be notified of the wherabouts.

An uploaded image is preferrably of square format and no bigger than 640 pixels wide and/or high. the format can be Be aware of the picture's background as it might easily disturb the focus of interested visitors.
