PET-bottle Temple

At Heijplaat, an old citypart of Rotterdam, during the folly festival Follydock 2007, Salzig Design team created the Temple of Trash. The divined construction consisted of 100 bales of pressed PET-bottles from the nearby recycling company, which is one of the biggest of Europe. The sacred place, had a base of 25 by 10 m and measured 7m high.
