Cedar Haven by Gelotte Hommas

The home named “Cedar Haven” by Gelotte Hommas Architecture in Seattle WA. The extensive 8,500 sq ft home is magnificent all on it’s own, but it’s use of reclaimed materials throughout sets it in a class all it’s own. The reclaimed logs are used throughout the home in the extensive wood detailing. While excavating the site to prepare for building a petrified stump was found which was then incorporated into the entry way of the home making a very dramatic entrance. The entire design blends harmoniously with the environment and landscape leaving you with the feeling that you are truly one with nature.
