Economic crises seem to have struck the world. Lots in new laid-out city parts with new roads and new lamp-posts are not giving out because of that. Empty lots in fresh infrastructure. Could that be the reason for this fence (with door). This vertical poetry is part of a re-purposed building complex at Berkeley, California.
